Terms of Service
Effective date: 27 July 2026. Version 2.0.
These Terms of Service govern the Onfly website and services, operated by Advanced Design Technologies Ltd., DIFC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. They include the Cancellations and Refunds section, which was previously published as a separate Refund and Cancellation Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
When ordering on behalf of a company or another person, you confirm that you have authority to bind them to these Terms.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
You accept these Terms by confirming your agreement at checkout and completing payment.
The version of these Terms accepted at the time of payment applies to the relevant project.
Electronic acceptance, including checkboxes and payment confirmations, is valid and binding. We keep records of acceptance, including timestamps and the version accepted.
3. The service
Onfly provides a productised web design and development service.
The standard package includes a custom one-page website with up to eight sections and may include:
page structure and visual direction;
interface design;
responsive layouts;
copy polishing;
custom graphics and visual assets;
animations and interactions;
Framer implementation;
a contact, lead or order form;
launch preparation.
Anything not expressly included in the package or confirmed in writing is outside the project scope.
4. Project brief
The project is based on the information and materials submitted through the Onfly brief.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
the information is accurate and complete;
uploaded files are usable;
you have permission to use all submitted content;
the brief does not contain unlawful or infringing material.
Onfly may pause or reject a project where the brief is incomplete, unlawful, technically impossible or materially outside the standard scope.
5. Payment options
You may choose one of the following options.
Full payment
The full project price is USD 5000 when paid upfront. This payment covers the complete project and all three production stages.
Full payment unlocks all project stages without payment pauses.
Payment by stage
The total project price is USD 5000, divided as follows:
Concepts: USD 1000
Design: USD 2000
Development: USD 2000
Each stage begins only after payment for that stage has been successfully confirmed.
When a stage is completed, production pauses until payment for the next stage is received.
6. Taxes and payment processing
Prices are displayed in US dollars and exclude VAT.
UAE VAT at 5% is added at checkout for customers in the United Arab Emirates. Supplies to customers outside the UAE are zero-rated for UAE VAT purposes, subject to applicable law.
Any taxes, duties or charges applicable in your own country are your responsibility.
Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider shown at checkout. Onfly does not directly store complete payment-card details.
A payment is considered complete only after confirmation from the payment provider.
7. Production process
The project consists of three stages:
Concepts — visual direction, references, structure and initial concepts.
Design — final interface, layouts, responsive views and visual details.
Development — Framer implementation, responsive behaviour, basic functionality and launch preparation.
Progress updates may be sent automatically by email.
Progress previews are informational and are not approval or revision rounds.
8. Delivery time
The standard delivery target is 5 days after:
the brief has been fully submitted;
the required payment has been confirmed;
all necessary materials have been provided;
the project has been accepted as being within scope.
Our normal production and communication hours are:
Monday–Friday, 08:00–18:00 CET / 09:00–19:00 CEST.
Payments received outside production hours may be processed from the next working period.
For stage payments, the delivery timeline pauses while the next payment remains outstanding.
The 5-day timeline is a production target rather than an unconditional guarantee. It may be extended because of incomplete materials, payment delays, third-party outages, technical limitations, force majeure or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. Revisions
The standard Onfly package includes no revision rounds.
Creative preferences, changes of direction, additional content, new sections and subjective design changes are not included after production begins.
This does not remove your right to report a material technical defect or an item that was clearly included in the agreed scope but omitted from delivery.
10. Delivery and acceptance
Final delivery may include:
a live website URL;
Framer project access or transfer link;
available design and visual assets;
domain connection instructions;
relevant access information.
Material technical defects and omitted scope items should be reported within five business days after delivery. If no such report is received within that period, the deliverables are considered accepted.
You are responsible for maintaining any required Framer subscription, domain, hosting account or third-party service after delivery unless expressly stated otherwise.
11. Cancellations and refunds
11.1 Immediate start of work
By confirming your order at checkout, you expressly request that work begins immediately, without waiting for the end of any statutory withdrawal or cooling-off period.
Where applicable consumer law provides a right of withdrawal, you acknowledge that this right is lost once performance has begun with your express consent, and that after full delivery no withdrawal right applies.
11.2 Before production begins
You may request cancellation before production has started.
Where no work has begun, we will normally refund the amount paid, less any payment-processing costs that cannot be recovered, where permitted by applicable law.
11.3 Stage payment plan
Under the stage payment plan:
each payment covers a specific production stage;
a stage begins after its payment is confirmed;
once work on a stage begins, its payment is normally non-refundable;
future stages may be cancelled before they are paid;
production pauses automatically between unpaid stages.
If a payment has been made but the corresponding stage has not begun, you may request a refund.
11.4 Full upfront payment
If you paid the full project price upfront:
a full refund may be requested before production begins;
after production begins, any refund will be calculated based on the work already completed, committed production time and unavoidable third-party costs;
no change-of-mind refund is normally available after final delivery.
11.5 No revisions
The absence of revision rounds is part of the service scope and is not, by itself, grounds for a refund.
A disagreement about subjective visual preferences does not constitute a technical defect.
11.6 Technical defects
If the delivered website contains a material technical defect or clearly omits an agreed scope item, notify us within five business days.
We will first be given a reasonable opportunity to investigate and correct the issue.
11.7 Delivery delays
A delay caused by missing materials, outstanding payments, client instructions, third-party services or force majeure does not create an automatic right to a refund.
If a material delay is caused solely by Onfly, we will propose an updated delivery time or another reasonable remedy.
11.8 How to request a refund
Send the following information to hello@onfly.design:
order number;
payment email;
payment amount;
reason for the request.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Payment providers and banks may require additional processing time.
11.9 Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so that we can investigate the issue.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of delivery and recovery of reasonable costs.
11.10 Mandatory rights
This section does not restrict rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
Where applicable law grants you a withdrawal or refund right that cannot be excluded, that law takes priority.
12. Client materials
You retain ownership of materials you provide.
You grant Onfly a limited licence to use, edit and reproduce those materials only as required to perform the project.
You confirm that the materials do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or other third-party rights.
13. Intellectual property in the deliverables
Onfly retains ownership of:
pre-existing tools and systems;
reusable components;
production methods;
templates and internal processes;
third-party materials;
licensed fonts, stock materials and software.
After full payment, you receive the rights to use the final custom deliverables created specifically for your project, subject to any third-party licence terms.
Project source files and access may be withheld until all outstanding payments have been received.
Publicity and case studies
Publishing completed work is part of the Onfly model, and our pricing reflects, among other things, the publicity rights described in this section. This arrangement benefits both parties: knowing that a project will be published motivates us to deliver work worth showcasing, and it gives your brand additional positive exposure.
Onfly may publicly display and describe the delivered website and project results — in its portfolio, case studies, social media and other promotional materials — including details of how the project was carried out.
Case studies and promotional materials will not disclose your confidential business information, private communications, personal data or non-public commercial terms.
A private engagement without publicity may be available on request before production begins and may be priced separately.
Protection against misuse
If a third party presents the deliverables or our visual work as their own, Onfly may take reasonable enforcement steps against that use in its own name, including takedown notices and platform complaints, and you authorise Onfly to send such notices on your behalf where required. This does not limit your own rights in the deliverables.
14. AI-assisted tools
Onfly may use automation and AI-assisted tools during research, copy preparation, image creation and production.
The final creative and production decisions remain subject to human review.
You should not submit sensitive personal information, confidential credentials or regulated data through the brief unless specifically requested.
15. Third-party services
The delivered website may depend on third-party services such as Framer, domain registrars, form providers, analytics platforms and payment processors.
Their availability, pricing and terms are controlled by the relevant providers.
Onfly is not responsible for interruptions or changes caused solely by third-party services.
16. Prohibited projects
Onfly may reject or terminate projects involving:
unlawful activities;
fraud or deception;
intellectual-property infringement;
malware or unauthorised access;
hate, exploitation or harassment;
regulated products presented unlawfully;
misleading impersonation;
content that creates material legal or reputational risk.
17. No business guarantee
Onfly does not guarantee traffic, sales, investment, search ranking, conversion rates or other commercial outcomes.
Design and marketing performance depend on factors outside our control.
18. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Onfly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost opportunities or lost data.
Our total liability connected with a project will not exceed the amount paid for that project.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
19. Suspension and termination
Onfly may suspend or terminate a project where:
payment is overdue;
submitted information is materially inaccurate;
the project breaches these Terms;
continuing the project would be unlawful or unsafe;
the client behaves abusively or attempts fraud.
Termination does not remove the obligation to pay for work already performed.
20. General
These Terms form the entire agreement between you and Onfly regarding the project. The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy describe how personal data and cookies are handled.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
Notices may be sent by email to the addresses used in the order.
21. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Dubai International Financial Centre.
Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre.
Before starting formal proceedings, both parties should attempt to resolve the dispute by written notice.
22. Changes
We may update these Terms when the service, pricing or legal requirements change.
The version accepted at the time of payment applies to the relevant project.
